Policy data and access

What policy decisions expose and who can manage policies in Console.

Policy decisions in Console show metadata such as the request ID, project, direction, outcome, check status, and per-policy results. Integrations can export decision events to a destination you configure. Decision events do not include request or generated text.

Policy management follows your Console organization and project permissions. An organization owner or admin can manage organization-wide policies. Project access determines which project-scoped policies you can manage.

API keys remain scoped to their assigned project. Published policies that apply to that project run automatically; selecting an additional policy by ID is limited to policies available to the same organization and project.
